Position Information

We are currently seeking a skilled Endoscopy Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting the healthcare team in the endoscopy unit, providing high-quality care to patients undergoing endoscopic procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist medical professionals during endoscopic procedures.
• Prepare and maintain the endoscopy unit and equipment for patient procedures.
• Ensure patient safety and comfort during procedures.
• Perform necessary tasks to support patient care and workflow in the unit.
• Adhere to all safety and regulatory compliance standards.

Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum of 2 years in an Endoscopy Technician role.
• Certifications: Endoscopy Technician certification preferred.
• Education: Relevant educational background in healthcare.

Work Schedule

This position offers a full-time work schedule with guaranteed weekly hours. Weekend availability is required, and candidates should be prepared to take on call responsibilities as needed.

Unit Information

The endoscopy unit comprises 100 beds with a patient-to-staff ratio of 1:1, ensuring personalized and effective patient care. Equipment and electronic medical records (EMR) will be utilized in accordance with standard procedures.

Dress Code

• Scrubs are the required attire, with specific colors as determined by departmental policy.
• Unacceptable attire includes casual wear not appropriate for a clinical setting.
