Position Overview
An opportunity is available for an experienced Interventional Radiology Registered Nurse. This role requires professional expertise in providing patient care during interventional radiology procedures.
Shift Information
- 10 or 12-hour day shifts
- Holiday coverage required
Experience Requirements
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a relevant nursing field is required.
Certifications and Requirements
- ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)
- PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support)
- BLS/BCLS (Basic Life Support/Basic Cardiac Life Support)
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation and execution of interventional radiology procedures.
- Monitor patients' condition before, during, and after procedures.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Provide patient education regarding procedures and care.
- Maintain sterile field and adhere to safety protocols.
