We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our outpatient clinic team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality nursing care to patients from newborns to age 18, facilitating health checks, acute care visits, and other medical needs.

Job Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care and assessment for pediatric patients.
• Administer vaccinations and conduct lab draws, hearing, and vision screenings.
• Perform COVID testing and related procedures as needed.
• Collaborate effectively with a team of healthcare professionals, including RNs, LPNs, Medical Assistants, and providers.
• Ensure a safe and welcoming environment for patients and families.
• Participate in patient education and health promotion activities.

Work Schedule

• Guaranteed 36 hours per week with variable shifts.
• Day shifts starting at 08:00 on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, ending at approximately 16:30.
• Extended shifts on Tuesday and Thursday, starting at 10:00 and concluding between 19:30 and 20:30.
• Potential additional short shifts from 08:00 to 12:00 or 13:00 to 16:00 based on staffing needs.
• Night clinic once a week from 08:00 to 18:30 and a Saturday clinic once a month from 08:00 to 12:30.

Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license required.
• Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification required.
• Experience in an outpatient clinic or pediatric setting is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively within a collaborative healthcare team.
• Flexibility to meet the diverse needs of the patient population and staffing requirements.
