Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated ICU Registered Nurse (RN) with experience in critical care. The ideal candidate will provide top-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment, focusing on trauma, cardiovascular, stroke, and neuro patients.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive care to critically ill patients in the ICU.
• Monitor and assess patient conditions, administering treatments, medications, and therapies as prescribed.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Utilize EPIC for documentation and patient management.
• Support and educate patients and their families regarding health conditions and care plans.

Qualifications

• Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in an ICU setting; 3 years preferred.
• Certification in ACLS, BLS, and NIH required.
• Proficient in using EPIC for patient documentation.
• Ability to float within scope of practice as needed to support the facility's needs.

Schedule

• Shift: Day 3x12-Hour (07:00 - 19:00).
• Every other weekend required.
• Guaranteed hours: 36 hours per week.

Additional Information

• First-time travelers are not accepted.
• Weekend coverage is required every other weekend.
• Local candidates may receive a reduced rate.
• One request for time off (RTO) is allowed.
• A pending license will be accepted.
