We are seeking an experienced Neuro ICU Registered Nurse to join our team in providing exceptional patient care in a critical care environment. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in Neuro ICU nursing, with a commitment to delivering high-quality care.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in the Neuro Intensive Care Unit.
• Monitor and assess patient conditions, administering medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
• Educate patients and families on health management and disease prevention.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in patient records.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development activities.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in compliance with NLC guidelines (Compact or TN License required at time of submission).
• Minimum of 2 years recent experience in a Neuro ICU setting.
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and challenging environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Work Schedule

This position requires a commitment to night shifts, with the expectation of three 12-hour shifts per week. Weekend coverage may be required as needed. Please note that block scheduling is not accommodated; however, weekend blocks may be discussed during the interview process.

Travel Requirements

Candidates must reside at least 100 miles from the facility to be eligible for this position. Local applicants will not be considered.

Additional Information

• On-call duties as needed.
• All requests for time off (RTO) must be included at the time of submission.
