Respiratory Care Practitioner (RRT)

Job Overview

This position is for a Respiratory Care Practitioner (RRT) with a focus on delivering high-quality respiratory care in a variety of settings. The role involves working in a dynamic environment with opportunities for professional growth and development.

Contract Details

Contract Length: 13 weeks
Shift: Night shift, 3x12 hours (18:30 - 07:00)
Weekends: Required
Floating: Not required

Qualifications

License: NBRC RRT credentials and licensed to practice in Ohio
Certifications: BLS, NRP
Experience: Minimum of 2 years in respiratory care
Required Skills:
- Adult critical care
- Emergency department experience
- Airway management
- Bronchoscopy assisting
- Ventilator management
- BiPAP & CPAP management
- ABG sampling and interpretation
- Other modalities of respiratory care
Preferred Skills: ACLS, PALS

Additional Information

The unit scrub color is black. This position does not require on-call shifts. A limited holiday RTO is available; requests can be made for one day surrounding one holiday.
