Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled Cardiac Sonographer to join our team in the ECHO/Vascular Lab. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing echocardiographic examinations and helping diagnose and evaluate heart conditions using advanced imaging technology.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct echocardiograms and vascular studies as per physician instructions.
• Utilize ultrasound equipment to produce high-quality images for interpretation.
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records and documentation.
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient care.
• Stay current with developments in the field of echocardiography and participate in ongoing education and training.

Schedule & Rotation

This position requires availability for a full-time schedule of 5x8-hour shifts, generally from Monday to Friday. Expected shift start times will vary between 07:00 and 09:00. Weekend rotation may be necessary to support coverage needs.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of experience in cardiac sonography is required.
• Registered in Echocardiography (RCS or RDCS).
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association.
• Graduation from an accredited ultrasonography program is mandatory.
