Description
We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse with expertise in LTAC MS/Tele to provide exceptional care in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality nursing care while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to meet the needs of our patients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in a Long-Term Acute Care (LTAC) setting.
- Monitor and assess patient conditions, documenting necessary information in a timely manner.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring adherence to safety protocols.
- Educate patients and families regarding health management and care plans.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Medical-Surgical and Telemetry nursing.
- Previous experience in a Long-Term Acute Care (LTAC) is preferred.
- Valid BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications are required.
- Experience in neuro nursing is essential.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Additional Information:
- Shifts: Day shift, 4x12-hour shifts (07:00 - 19:30).
- Weekend coverage is supported by a call rotation among staff members.
- The position offers a contract option of 13 to 26 weeks.
