Description

Registered Nurse (RN)

Job Summary

We are seeking a knowledgeable and skilled Registered Nurse to join our Operating Room team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate expertise in perioperative nursing practices and be committed to providing high-quality patient care.

Responsibilities

Assist with surgical procedures by preparing and providing necessary instruments and equipment.
Monitor patient conditions before, during, and after surgery, ensuring their safety and comfort.
Collaborate with the surgical team to deliver optimal patient outcomes.
Maintain a sterile environment and adhere to all safety protocols.
Float between Galion and Bucyrus locations as required, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.

Schedule

This position offers a day shift of 4x10 hours from 6:30 AM to 3:00 PM or 6:30 AM to 5:00 PM, working every third Friday.

Qualifications

Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license.
Experience in the Operating Room or relevant surgical experience is preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
