Mammographer

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Mammography Technologist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing both screening and diagnostic exams in a fast-paced environment. Effective communication with radiologists and ultrasound technologists is essential to success in this role.

Key Responsibilities

Perform screening and diagnostic mammography exams.
Collaborate effectively with radiologists and ultrasound technicians.
Ensure high standards of patient care and comfort.
Maintain and operate mammography equipment safely and efficiently.

Qualifications

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a mammography setting.
Certification from the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) in Mammography (R)(M).
Current Basic Life Support (BLS/BCLS) certification.
Valid state license to practice as a Mammographer.

Work Schedule

This position requires availability for work Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, excluding holidays.

Additional Information

Holiday coverage is not required for this position.
