MRI Technologist

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled MRI Technologist to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a solid background in radiology and cardiology, with a focus on MRI technology.

Responsibilities

Perform high-quality MRI scans on patients while ensuring their safety and comfort during procedures.
Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to facilitate accurate diagnoses.
Maintain equipment and ensure adherence to protocols and safety standards.
Assist in patient education regarding procedures, addressing any questions or concerns they may have.
Participate in rotating on-call shifts after hours and during holidays as needed.

Schedule

This position requires a schedule of 4 ten-hour shifts from 9:00 AM to 7:30 PM. An on-call rotation will be in place from 7:30 PM to 7:00 AM.

Qualifications

Minimum of 3 years of experience in MRI technology or a related field.
Current ARRT (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists) certification.
Current AHA (American Heart Association) BLS (Basic Life Support) certification.
