Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Oncology Registered Nurse for a travel position that involves rotating shifts, primarily focused on day hours. The successful candidate will possess the ability to provide comprehensive care to patients undergoing cancer treatment.

Responsibilities

Deliver direct nursing care to oncology patients and their families.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the healthcare team.
Monitor patient progress and report any changes in condition to the medical staff.
Assist with patient education related to treatment plans and health management.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes.
Maintain and update accurate patient records and documentation.
Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards in patient care.

Qualifications

Current and valid RN license.
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
Previous experience in oncology nursing preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
