Description
We are seeking an experienced Oncology Registered Nurse (RN) for a travel position offering a 3x12 Days schedule. This role is ideal for dedicated professionals who are committed to providing high-quality care to oncology patients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer chemotherapy and other medications as per protocols.
- Monitor patient vital signs and observe for potential complications.
- Educate patients and their families about treatment plans and care strategies.
- Document all patient interactions and treatment outcomes accurately.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to optimize patient care and outcomes.
- Assist in the management of symptoms and side effects associated with cancer treatments.
Qualifications:
- Current and valid state nursing license.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Experience in oncology nursing preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
