Position Overview
We are seeking a qualified Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) with expertise in Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) settings. This position requires a commitment to providing high-quality respiratory care to critically ill neonates.
Job Details
- Type of Position: Float between units
- On-call Requirement: No
- Weekends Required: Yes, every other weekend
- Block Schedules: Yes
- Expected Patient Ratios: 1:15
- Approval for 48-hour blocks: Yes
Qualifications
- Current Respiratory Therapist license required.
- Experience in critical care and NICU settings is mandatory.
- A minimum of 2 years of recent experience within the last 3 years is required.

- Total Staffed Beds: 418
- Scrub Color: Any color (OR/L&D provided, Micro Bio Tech in business appropriate street clothes)
- Charting System: Epic
- Parking: No fee
Shift Details
This position requires a night shift schedule of 3x12-hour shifts from 19:00 to 07:00.
