Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) to provide high-quality care to patients across a diverse age range, from pediatric to geriatric populations, with a focus on minimal pediatric experience. The ideal candidate will possess the necessary expertise and experience in respiratory therapy to support clinical operations effectively.

Shift Requirements

• 12-hour night shifts
• 36 hours per week
• Every other weekend and holiday availability required, if needed

Orientation and Compensation

• Non-billable orientation: 0 hours
• Overtime paid at a flat hourly rate
• Holiday and callback pay rates available

Patient Population

Responsibilities include working with a patient population that varies from pediatric to geriatric, ensuring that patient needs are met with compassionate care and professional expertise.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of current RRT experience
• Travel experience preferred
• Experience in a critical access hospital is a plus
• Must have a valid state license in Vermont
• Certification requirements include BLS (AHA), NBRC, ACLS (AHA), and PALS (AHA)

Other Requirements

• Perm address must be included in the traveler profile
• Traveler must have their own vehicle for transportation needs
• Requests for time off during the assignment must be noted and verified at the time of upload; no more than 5 days of time off will be accepted
