Registered Nurse (RN)

Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Registered Nurse to join our medical surgical telemetry unit. The position requires flexibility to work day and night shifts based on unit needs.

Shift Information

12-hour shifts: 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM and/or 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM

Holiday Coverage

Holiday coverage is required for this position.

Experience Requirements

Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience is required.

Certifications/Requirements

Applicants must possess the following certifications:

General Certifications: ACLS, BLS/BCLS
Nursing Certifications: CPI, ENPC, RNFA, TNCC, AWHONN, STABLE, ASLS, NBSTSA, APHON, CMA, CCMA, RMA, C-EFM

Key Responsibilities

As a Registered Nurse in the medical surgical telemetry unit, you will be responsible for:

Providing direct patient care and monitoring telemetry patients
Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
Administering medications and treatments as prescribed
Educating patients and families on health management and discharge planning
Maintaining accurate and detailed patient records
Adhering to infection control and safety protocols
