Description
The Vascular Ultrasonographer will perform diagnostic examinations using ultrasound equipment to assess vascular conditions. This role requires a comprehensive understanding of vascular anatomy and pathology, including venous insufficiency assessments and various venous ablation procedures.
Shift Information
- Days: Monday - Thursday
- Hours: 6:30 AM - 5:00 PM
- No weekends or call required
Responsibilities
- Conduct complete venous insufficiency exams and document findings accurately.
- Perform thermal, chemical, and foam venous ablations.
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain equipment according to standards.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to provide optimal patient care.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Vein Treatment Program.
- Required certifications include:
- BLS/BCLS
- CCI Registry (RVS)
- Allied Health Certifications (ARDMS (RVT))
Additional Information
Holiday coverage required.
