Description

Acute Care Physical Therapist

Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Acute Care Physical Therapist to join our team in a hospital setting. The ideal candidate will work closely with patients requiring rehabilitation services in an inpatient environment.

Shift Information

Shift: Day
Schedule: 4x10-Hour (07:00 - 17:30)

Responsibilities

Provide evaluation and treatment to patients with acute medical conditions.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to improve patient mobility and function.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to optimize patient care and outcomes.
Document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
Educate patients and their families on rehabilitation processes and progress.
Participate in departmental meetings and contribute to quality improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

Current license to practice as a Physical Therapist.
Experience in acute care settings preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team.
Commitment to ongoing professional development and continuing education.
