We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Speech-Language Pathologist to provide therapy for patients with communication and swallowing disorders. This role involves evaluating patient needs, developing and implementing treatment plans, and collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams to facilitate optimal patient outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct screenings, evaluations, and treatments for patients experiencing speech, language, and swallowing disorders.
• Develop and regularly update individualized treatment and discharge plans based on patient progress.
• Document therapy services in compliance with relevant regulations and facility standards.
• Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary care teams, patients, and their families.
• Adhere to all infection control and safety protocols to ensure a safe environment for patients and staff.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited Speech-Language Pathology program (MS/MA).
• Current state SLP license and Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY).
• Strong communication skills and excellent clinical problem-solving abilities.
