Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Technician to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will have a flexible schedule and be ready to adapt to various facility needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality patient care within the scope of practice.
• Assist nursing staff with daily activities and patient needs.
• May be required to float to different roles, including CNA or Technician, as needed.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and safety protocols.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a relevant role.
• First-time travelers are accepted.
• Compliance with all required documentation and certifications is mandatory for timely onboarding.

Schedule

• Must be available every other weekend.
• No specific scheduling requests can be accommodated.
• Floating within facility and across designated roles may be required.

Holiday Requirements

Travelers may be expected to work major holidays during their assignment period:

• Memorial Day
• Independence Day
• Labor Day
• Thanksgiving/Black Friday
• Christmas Eve/Christmas Day
• New Year's Eve/New Year's Day

If one major holiday falls within the assignment period, working the holiday is expected. If two major holidays occur, both must be worked. For three holidays, two are required to be worked.
