We are seeking a dedicated Certified OR Tech / Surgical Tech (CST) to join our Surgical Services team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional support in the operating room while ensuring patient safety and contributing to a high standard of care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and maintain the sterile field in the operating room.
• Assist surgeons during a variety of surgical procedures.
• Ensure all surgical instruments and equipment are prepared and functioning properly.
• Manage surgical supplies and assist with inventory control.
• Perform additional duties as needed to support the surgical team.

Qualifications:

• Current certification as a Surgical Technologist (CST).
• Previous experience in a surgical setting preferred.
• Strong knowledge of surgical procedures, instruments, and techniques.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities.

Shift Information:

Day shift schedule of five 8-hour shifts per week with rotating on-call responsibilities.
