Position Details

• Specialty: Registered Nurse (RN) - Psychiatric

• Location: Cincinnati, OH

• Shift: Nights

• Contract Type: Travel

• Local Candidates: Accepted

• Weekend/Holiday Requirement: Every Other Weekend and Holidays

• Block Scheduling: Not guaranteed; requests will be considered.

Weekly Gross Pay: $2,192

• Non-Taxable: $1,652/week

• Taxable: $540/week

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of specialty work experience.

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a psychiatric setting.

• Pediatric (PEDS) experience is required.

• BLS Certification.

• 1 year of travel experience preferred.

Preferred Clinical Experience

Experience with:

• Bipolar Disorder

• Anxiety Disorders

• Eating Disorders

• Psychotic Disorders

• Depressive Disorders

• Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) training preferred for select positions.

Additional Requirements

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

• Experience working with children and adolescents.

• Ability to lift 25 lbs and participate in physical holds/restraints when necessary.

• Therapeutic Crisis Intervention (TCI) training will be provided within the first month of the contract.

• Must consistently comply with behavioral personal protective equipment requirements.
