Opportunity:

RN - NICU

Job Details:

• Night shift position, 12 hours per shift from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM
• Per diem float pool position
• Clinician must schedule 5 days (Wednesday–Sunday or Thursday–Monday) and work 3 shifts
• 2-shift guarantee per scheduling period
• 13-week contracts available with extensions if scheduling requirements are consistently met
• Minimum 2 years of NICU experience required
• Experience with patient ratios of 1:2 required
• Must float to Pediatrics and PICU; will only be assigned newborns and infants
• Must float to all 7 campuses: Ballard, Cherry Hill, Edmonds, First Hill, Issaquah, Mill Creek, and Redmond; most needs are at First Hill, Edmonds, and Issaquah
• Required certifications: AHA BLS and NRP
• Active Washington RN license required
• EPIC charting experience preferred
• 2 references required covering 1 year of employment in specialty within the last 3 years; at least 1 must be a supervisor or charge RN
• Virtual orientation modules must be completed prior to start and take approximately 21 hours
• Two unit orientation shifts will be scheduled upon completion of virtual orientation based on clinician availability

The float pool supports staffing needs across all campuses, offering clinicians diverse clinical exposure in a large, well-established health system.
