Opportunity:

Cath Lab Tech

Job Details:

• Work day shifts from 6:30 AM to 5:00 PM
• 13-week assignment
• Work in a 2-lab Cath Lab unit located on the 2nd floor of the main building
• Patient caseload varies between 5-15 cases per day
• Day shift staffing ranges from 6-8 staff members with night shift on-call coverage
• Perform diagnostic angiograms, PCIs, STEMIs, and structural procedures
• Must be proficient in diagnostic and interventional scrubbing with cardiologist, IABP, and Impella
• Preferred skills include Rota, TAVR, Watchman, and MitraClip procedures
• Operate GE equipment and use EPIC/Merge EMR systems
• Approximately 10 call days per month including at least 1 weekend per month
• No floating requirements
• Required certifications: RCIS, RT, CVT, or RN that scrubs
• Navy scrubs required and will be provided

This facility is a well-established hospital offering a comprehensive Cath Lab department with two fully equipped labs and a team of 15 dedicated staff members. The unit specializes in a wide range of cardiac procedures and utilizes advanced GE equipment alongside EPIC and Merge electronic medical record systems. The facility maintains a collaborative and fast-paced environment, seeking flexible, team-oriented, and hardworking professionals to support their cardiac care services.
