Job Summary
Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Cath Lab Tech to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with team to perform cardiac catheterization and interventional radiology procedures.
- Ensure patient safety and monitor hemodynamics during procedures.
- Assist with conscious and moderate sedation, and manage airways as needed.
- Operate and maintain lab equipment and instrumentation accurately.
- Participate in on-call rotations for inpatient and emergent cases.
- Support Lead Tech in making room assignments and case preparations.
Qualifications
- Current ARRT certification and California Fluoroscopy license required.
- BLS certification is a must.
- Recent cath lab experience with competencies in cardiac and vascular procedures.
- Proficiency in handling cardiac drips and balloon pumps.
- Ability to adapt to various procedural and emergency settings.
- Familiarity with Cerner charting system advantageous.
