Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Interventional Radiology Tech to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform interventional radiology procedures, ensuring adherence to established protocols and safety standards.
• Collaborate with radiologists and healthcare teams in planning and executing procedures.
• Manage a caseload of 4 procedures per day, adapting to varying patient needs.
• Participate in on-call rotations and weekend coverage as required.
• Maintain accurate documentation and patient records through Epic charting system.
• Ensure compliance with radiation safety practices, including personal badge monitoring.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year experience in interventional radiology as a technician.
• Certification in ARRT (R) and possession of a South Carolina radiation safety license (SCQRSA).
• BLS certification is required.
• Experience with general IR cases is required; neuro IR experience is preferred.
• Able to provide personal radiation badge, as facility does not supply them.
• Ability to work within a team and provide high-quality patient care under pressure.
