Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Respiratory Therapy - Registered Respiratory Therapist to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

Administer respiratory therapy treatments to patients as prescribed by physicians.
Monitor patient responses to therapy and adjust treatments according to protocols.
Work collaboratively with healthcare team members to support patient care plans.
Float between Anschutz & Network of Care (North or South) as required.
Ensure availability for holiday shifts and weekend requirements as specified.
Maintain compliance with all facility policies, procedures, and standards of care.

Qualifications

Associate of Applied Science (AAS) in Cardiopulmonary required.
Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) licensure/certification is required.
Minimum of 3 years of respiratory therapy experience.
2 years of experience in pediatric ICU or NICU III or IV required.
Strong ability to handle pediatric emergency care scenarios.
Certifications in ACLS, BLS, PALS, and NRP are required.
