Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Radiation Therapist to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Administer radiation therapy treatments to patients according to established protocols.
• Manage daily caseload effectively, handling approximately 25 patients per day.
• Ensure accurate patient positioning and documentation of treatment sessions.
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare professionals to develop treatment plans.
• Maintain equipment functionality and promptly report any malfunctions.
• Provide compassionate care and support to patients undergoing treatment.

Qualifications

• Current CA State License in Radiation Therapy.
• Certification in BLS and registration with ARRT (T) (Radiation Therapy).
• At least 1 year of experience as a Radiation Therapist.
• Proficiency in using ARIA and EPIC systems preferred.
• Skilled in operating Varian 21 EX/iX equipment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
