Job Summary
Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Radiation Therapist to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.
Responsibilities
- Administer precise radiation therapy treatments using advanced equipment.
- Collaborate with the oncology team for treatment planning and coordination.
- Perform daily quality checks on machinery and document in ARIA charting system.
- Ensure accurate patient positioning and functionality of equipment.
- Educate patients and families on treatment process and expected outcomes.
- Maintain compliance with safety guidelines and facility protocols.
Qualifications
- Current ARRT (T) certification required.
- BLS certification is mandatory.
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in radiation therapy.
- Experience with CBCT/kV/mV imaging and Electron Beam Therapy.
- Familiarity with IMRT - Intensity Modulated Radiotherapy is essential.
- Ability to manage and execute treatment plans efficiently.
