Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Echo Tech/Cardiac Sonographer to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform transthoracic echocardiograms to evaluate cardiac function.
• Utilize EPIC and PACS for documentation and imaging review.
• Operate Philips echo machines for accurate patient imaging.
• Participate in weekend call rotation for comprehensive coverage.
• Float to different sites as needed to ensure patient care.
• Assist with IV starts if capable, requesting help if necessary.

Qualifications

• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
• Registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer - Adult Echocardiography or Registered Cardiac Sonographer certification within 12 months of hire.
• Minimum of one year of cardiac sonographer experience.
• Familiarity with EPIC charting system preferred.
• Experience in an acute care setting is a plus.
• Ability to work weekend on-call rotations as needed.
