Description

**This facility has a radius rule of 50 miles. To ensure adherence to this rule, we will require the candidates' perm address in the submittal to confirm they are outside of that specified radius before proceeding with the profile review.**

Required license & certifications: BLS, ARRT

Required skills & experience: 1 year of IR experience; CVA, carotid stents and body cases. EMR/Equipment Epic, Phillips

- Shifts & Scheduling (Do you allow self-scheduling? Block scheduling?): 4-10s; 7a-530, 30 min unpaid lunch. Set day off, some variability if needed due to PTO. 8s optional- rare. This opening
- Weeknight/Call Requirements Optional; 530p-7a
- Weekend/Call Requirements: "Optional Friday 530p- Monday 7a. Can pick up from someone else if wanted but not required
- Holiday/Call Requirements Call only; optional
- What is call response time? 30 minutes
- Floating Requirements None
- Scrub Color/Dress Code "Hospital provided scrubs- on the shelf. Required to change when they get there. Shoes stay at work.
- Unit/Department specific orientation 1 day for tech

- Additional Notes "Great area for outdoor activites! Call is optional- opportunity for a break. Never worked with better physicians.
