Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Cardiac Tele Registered Nurse to join our dynamic healthcare team. This position will involve providing comprehensive nursing care to patients with cardiac conditions in a telemetry unit.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and assess patients' vital signs and cardiac rhythms.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Provide patient and family education regarding cardiac care and health management.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to deliver optimal patient care.
- Document patient care activities and outcomes accurately in the electronic health record.
- Respond promptly to changes in patients' conditions and implement appropriate interventions.
Work Schedule
This position requires availability for weekend shifts as per team needs. The typical schedule consists of night shifts with three 12-hour shifts per week.
Patient Ratios
The expected nurse-to-patient ratio is 1:4, allowing for personalized and attentive care for each patient.

Qualifications
- Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license.
