Description

We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Travel Physical Therapist (PT) for an exciting Home Health opportunity. This assignment offers a consistent Monday through Friday schedule with 8-hour day shifts, providing an excellent work-life balance while serving patients in the comfort of their homes.

This position is open to both experienced therapists and new graduates, making it a great opportunity for those looking to begin or continue a rewarding career in home health.

The therapist will provide skilled physical therapy services to patients throughout the following coverage areas:

  • Mansfield
  • Midlothian
  • Waxahachie
  • Arlington
  • Northeastern Fort Worth

The expected productivity is 35–40 patient visits per week. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, be comfortable working independently, and be committed to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care. Responsibilities include evaluating patients, developing individualized treatment plans, documenting care accurately, educating patients and caregivers, and collaborating with the interdisciplinary care team to achieve the best possible outcomes.
