Description
Job Description:
The Medical/Surgical (MS) Nursing Manager is a registered nurse with demonstrated expertise in nursing and will have responsibility for the supervision of patient care, nursing staff, and MS operations. They will work collaboratively with the Leadership team to facilitate efficient clinical operations, staff development, effective management of resources, and quality improvement on MS.
- Located in Gunnison, Colorado.
- Community-based, independent healthcare system serving Gunnison County and surrounding mountain communities.
- 24-hour emergency services.
- Critical access hospital providing inpatient and outpatient services.
- Offers a range of services including emergency medicine, surgery, imaging, laboratory, rehabilitation, women's health, and primary care.
- Serves both local residents and seasonal visitors to the Gunnison Valley.
Active CO or Copmact RN license
Minimum 5 years of experience
