Unit: FAMILY MEDICINE CLINIC

Pay Breakdown:
• Hourly: $24.20/hr
• Per Diem Eligibility: $1,246/wk
• $2,214/wk Gross Eligibility

Shift: Days (8:00 AM - 5:30 PM)
Hours: 8hr Days (40hrs/wk)
Duration: 16 wks

Required:
• BLS
• WA RN License
