Job Opportunity – Respiratory Therapist – John Day, OR

Location: John Day, Oregon

Schedule: 12-hour day shifts, alternating 3-4 days per week with on-call coverage for the facility

Highlights:

• 91-day assignment in a community acute care hospital setting
• Diverse clinical experience including emergency department, labor and delivery, and C-sections
• Opportunity to work closely with the Respiratory Therapy supervisor in a collaborative environment
• ACLS, PALS, and NRP certification courses provided on-site
• Hands-on experience with infant resuscitation and critical care procedures

Requirements:

• Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential required
• Minimum 1-2 years of respiratory therapy experience
• Emergency department experience required
• Strong critical thinking skills and ability to work independently
• Experience with labor and delivery and C-sections required
• Comfort with infant resuscitation procedures required
• Bubble CPAP experience preferred
• ACLS, PALS, and NRP certifications required (training available)
• Current Oregon state licensure or ability to obtain
