Job Opportunity – Physical Therapist – Chewelah, WA 99109

Start Date: November 30, 2026

Location: Chewelah, Washington

Schedule: Monday through Thursday, 7:20 AM - 5:50 PM (4x10-hour shifts). No weekends or on-call required. Patient ratios of 1:5-10. This position requires travel between two facilities approximately 23 miles apart, working acute care in the morning and outpatient coverage in the afternoon.

Requirements:

• Valid Washington state Physical Therapy license (Compact license accepted)
• Minimum 1 year of physical therapy experience required
• BLS certification required
• Experience with Epic charting system preferred
• Ability to work in both acute care and outpatient settings
• Willingness to travel between two facilities during shift
• Two professional references covering 1 year within the last 3 years
• Clean background check required
