Job Opportunity – Registered Nurse, Electrophysiology – Seattle, WA 98122

Start Date: As soon as possible

Location: Seattle, Washington

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM, 5x8-hour shifts (40 hours per week). No weekends or on-call required. This is a 13-week travel contract.

Requirements:

• Active Registered Nurse license (Compact license accepted)
• Minimum 2 years of experience working as an RN in Electrophysiology (EP) required
• Current BLS certification
• Epic charting system experience required
• Proficiency in cardiac cath lab procedures including pacemaker/defibrillator lead extraction and Watchman procedures
• Experience with electrophysiology procedures: arrhythmia induction, cardiac ablation, cardiac mapping, cardioversion, conduction studies, AICD insertion/programming, and LAA closure
• Knowledge of antiarrhythmics, antihypertensives, and thrombolytics
• Strong skills in dysrhythmia interpretation and management, cardioversion, and 12-lead EKG/ECG
• Excellent patient education abilities, particularly regarding lifestyle and medication adherence
• Two professional references covering one year of experience within the last three years
