Job Opportunity – Registered Nurse (ICU / Cardiac Telemetry / Med-Surg) – Rockford, IL 61103

Start Date: October 20, 2026

Location: Rockford, Illinois

Schedule: Day shift, 7:00 AM - 7:30 PM, 36 guaranteed hours per week, 91-day assignment through January 19, 2027

Highlights:

• Travel nursing opportunity with multiple specialty areas including ICU, Step-Down, Cardiac Telemetry, Medical Surgical, and Cardiac Progressive Care
• Extensive cardiac experience required with ICU background; flexibility to float to Medical Surgical units as needed
• Collaborative interdisciplinary team environment focused on patient-centered care
• Opportunity to work with diverse patient populations including stroke/neuro and orthopedic patients
• Overtime, callback, and holiday pay available
• Two positions available for quick start

Requirements:

• Current Illinois RN license
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program with education verification
• Current CPR, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications
• ICU experience required with extensive cardiac background
• Ability to float between ICU, Step-Down, Cardiac Telemetry, and Medical Surgical units
