Job Opportunity – Registered Nurse, Labor & Delivery – Winfield, KS

Location: Winfield, Kansas

Schedule: Night shift, 12-hour shifts, 36 or 48 hours per week (36 hours guaranteed)

Highlights:

• Full-spectrum maternal and newborn care in a critical access facility setting
• Collaborative team environment with 2 OB RNs per shift and 24/7 respiratory therapy support
• Comprehensive patient care from labor through delivery, postpartum, and newborn services
• Approximately 12-25 deliveries per month with opportunities for hands-on experience
• On-call opportunities with 20-minute response time when census is low

Requirements:

• Current Kansas RN license or ability to obtain
• BLS, ACLS, and NRP certifications required
• Fetal monitoring certification required
• Willingness to float to Med/Surg, ICU, or ER for support duties during low census periods
• Experience with full-spectrum labor and delivery care preferred
