Job Opportunity – Registered Nurse First Assistant (RNFA) – Orange, CA 92868

Start Date: January 4, 2027

Location: Orange, California

Schedule: Day shift, 4x10-hour shifts (12:30 PM - 11:00 PM) or 3x12-hour shifts available. On-call rotation required approximately 8 days per 6-week schedule, including kidney call rotation Monday-Friday evenings (6:00 PM - 6:00 AM), weekend kidney call (24-hour coverage), and general call coverage on weekends and holidays (7:00 AM - 5:00 PM). Call responsibilities are split evenly across the RNFA team.

Requirements:

• Active California RN license or Compact license (must be in hand at submission)
• Current BLS and CRNFA certifications required
• Minimum 3 years of scrub and circulating experience in the operating room (hard stop requirement)
• At least 1 year of transplant experience (hard stop requirement)
• At least 1 year of extensive/robust cardiovascular experience (hard stop requirement)
• Proficiency required in robotics, bariatric, general, colorectal, ortho/spine, vascular, urology, and gynecology procedures
• Epic charting system experience preferred
• Two professional references covering 1 year within the last 3 years
