Job Opportunity – Registered Nurse ICU Float Pool – Mission Viejo, CA 92691

Start Date: December 1, 2026

Location: Mission Viejo, California

Schedule: Night shift, 3x12-hour shifts (19:00 - 07:30), 13-week assignment. Patient ratio 1:2. Weekend coverage required minimum every other weekend, may exceed to meet unit needs. Must be available to work 3 of 5 major holidays. This is a float pool position with flexibility to work across ICU units and lower acuity floors including telemetry.

• May float to sister facilities in the area to meet staffing needs

Requirements:

• Active California RN license or Compact license (must be in hand at time of submission)
• Minimum 1 year of ICU nursing experience required
• Current certifications: ACLS, BLS, NIH Stroke Scale
• Experience with 1:2 patient ratios in critical care settings
• Proficiency in Epic charting system required
• Must be willing to float within scope to meet facility needs, including to lower acuity units
• Two professional references covering 1 year within the last 3 years
• Clean background check required
