Job Opportunity – Registered Nurse, Surgery – Mesquite, TX 75149

Start Date: November 23, 2026

Location: Mesquite, TX

Schedule: Days/Mid shift, 6:30 AM - 3:00 PM or 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, 40 hours per week, full-time. On-call requirement includes rotating call 1-2 days per week and 1 weekend per month.

Highlights:

• 13-week travel assignment in the Dallas-Fort Worth metropolitan area
• Circulating experience preferred; scrub experience is a bonus
• Work with diverse surgical cases including orthopedic, podiatry, gynecology, and general/laparoscopic procedures
• EPIC charting system utilized
• Scrubs provided by facility
• 12-hour orientation provided

Requirements:

• Active RN license in Texas
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications
• Minimum 2 years of surgical nursing experience preferred, particularly in orthopedic procedures (total knees, hips, shoulders, and ankles), podiatry, gynecology, and general/laparoscopic procedures
• Circulating experience required; scrub experience highly desirable
• Recent Nursys report (within 30 days)
• Resume, skills checklist, and two professional references required
