Job Opportunity – Echo Tech/Cardiac Sonographer – Fortuna, CA 95540

Start Date: November 30, 2026

Location: Fortuna, California

Schedule: Day shift, 3x12-hour shifts (07:00 - 19:00), 13-week assignment. Daily census of 8-10 patients. Commitment to work 3 of 5 major holidays required (Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, New Year's Day).

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of cardiac sonography experience required
• Active ARDMS or CCI certification required
• RDCS-Adult certification required
• Current BLS certification
• ARRT-Sonography preferred
• Valid California state license or compact license (must be in hand at time of submission)
• Proficiency in routine echocardiography, TEE, pharmacologic and treadmill stress echo, bubble studies, and 3-D echo
• Experience with GE equipment, M-Mode, contrast imaging, and RVIT/RVOT imaging
• Epic charting system experience preferred
• Two professional references covering 1 year within the last 3 years
• Clean background check required
