Job Opportunity – Cardiovascular/Thoracic Surgical Technologist – Everett, WA 98201

Start Date: January 4, 2027

Location: Everett, Washington

Schedule: 4x10 day shifts (06:30 - 17:00), with at least 10 call shifts per month. Call coverage available 17:00 - 06:30. Requires 1-2 weekends per month. Daily surgical case volume averages 55 cases across 18 operating rooms.

• Comprehensive cardiovascular and thoracic surgical experience including CABG, AVR, AAA, MVR, minimally invasive valve procedures, VATS, mediastinoscopy, and RATS

• 91-day assignment with potential for extension

Requirements:

• Active Washington state surgical technologist registration (compact license accepted if in hand at submission)
• BLS certification required; NBSTSA certification strongly preferred
• Minimum 1 year of surgical tech experience required
• Required skills: Singular scrub per cardiothoracic cases, general OR, cardiovascular/thoracic, and laparoscopic procedures
• Preferred skills: OB/GYN, plastic, ENT, urology, robotic, orthopedics, neuro/cranial, and transplant procedures
• Experience with flexible endoscope reprocessing (bronchoscopes, EGD scopes, EBUS) preferred
• Must be willing to float to general OR as needed
• Two professional references covering 1 year within the last 3 years
• Local candidates within 50-mile radius not accepted
