Job Opportunity – Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) – Spokane, WA 99204

Start Date: November 30, 2026

Location: Spokane, Washington

Schedule: Night shift, 3x12-hour shifts (19:00 - 07:00), every other weekend required. Block scheduling required. 13-week assignment with 36-40 hours of orientation.

• Float between units with an expected patient ratio of 1:11
• Epic charting system in a state-of-the-art facility with 644 licensed beds, Level 4 NICU, Level I Trauma, Medical ICU, Cardiac ICU, and PICU

• Overtime approved at 48 hours with premium pay after 40 hours per week

Requirements:

• Active Washington State Respiratory Therapist license (must be in hand at time of submission)
• Current RRT certification required
• BLS and ACLS certifications required; PALS preferred
• Minimum 2 years of respiratory therapy experience required
• Epic charting experience preferred
• Trauma Level I experience preferred
• Experience with all age groups: neonates, infants, pediatrics, adolescents, adults, and geriatrics
• Proficiency in mechanical ventilation, BiPAP/CPAP, aerosol therapy, ABG interpretation, airway management, and emergency department procedures
• Two professional references covering one year of experience within the last three years
