Job Opportunity – Rehabilitation Nurse – Herrin, IL 62948

Start Date: November 5, 2026

Location: Southern Illinois

Schedule: Night shift, 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM, 36 guaranteed hours per week. Every third weekend (Friday and Saturday nights). Sunday shifts are part of the regular work week with some flexibility available.

Highlights:

• 91-day travel assignment in an Inpatient Rehabilitation unit
• Work with a high neuro population providing comprehensive medical floor care, excluding Heparin Drips

Requirements:

• Current Illinois Registered Nurse license
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• Experience in rehabilitation or medical-surgical nursing preferred
• Stroke certification is a plus but not required
• Strong clinical judgment and ability to recognize and report changes in patient condition
