Physical Therapist (PT) - Travel Position

Location: Nashville, Tennessee
Contract Length: 12 weeks
Hours per Week: 36

Required Qualifications

Valid Physical Therapist license in Tennessee
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
De-escalation skills in a healthcare setting
Assessment of Physical Therapist skills or education on the risks associated with hazardous drugs as defined by USP 800
