Required Qualifications

Valid Physical Therapist license in Indiana
Physical Therapist experience within the last year
2 years of Physical Therapist experience
Bachelor of Science, Master of Science, or Doctor of Physical Therapy degree

Work Setting

Free-standing inpatient rehab hospital
Adult rehabilitation population, including stroke, brain injury, debility, amputation, spinal cord injury, and neurological disorders

Schedule and Duties

Every other weekend required
No call
No float requirements

Additional Details

40-bed unit
Patient ratio: 5:1
Equipment includes Lite Gait, Biodex, and Zero-G
Epic used for electronic health records
Caribbean blue scrubs required
Blue jeans are not allowed
