Cardiac Cath Lab Tech

Job Overview

Location: Weatherford, Texas
Employment type: Travel
Contract length: 13 weeks
Hours per week: 36
Shift: 7:00 AM–7:00 PM

Required Qualifications

Valid Cath Lab Technologist license in Texas
Cath Lab Technologist (1 year of experience)
Cath Lab Technologist experience within the last year
ACLS
BLS
Cath Lab Tech Certification
Registered CV Xray Tech able to perform cath lab X-ray cases
Radiology Technologist experience

Unit Details

Cath lab with 6 holding bays and 2 procedure rooms
12-hour day shifts
On-call required
May float to task if needed
Uses GE and Philips equipment

Preferred Experience

Scrub experience
Pre- and post-procedure care experience

Procedures

Right and left heart caths
Peripheral and carotid angiography/stents
PE/DVT cases
Impella/IABP
TEE/cardioversion
PPMs
IVC filters
ECMO cannulations

Work Environment

Busy, team-oriented lab
Strong work ethic preferred
Likes call preferred
